Für eine verlässliche Betreuung unserer Kunden im Rhein-Erft-Kreis brauchen wir mobile Alltagshelfer (m/w/d) mit einer gesunden Portion Selbstwert und Hilfsbereitschaft.

Sie kommen aus dem Betreuungs- oder Pflegebereich? Sie haben schon einige Erfahrungen hinsichtlich Betreuung in der Familie sammeln können? Sie sind offen und bereit als Quereinsteiger neue Erfahrungen zu machen und Sie sind motiviert sich in diesem Bereich ausbilden zu lassen? Generell sind Sie motiviert und strukturiert, dann sind Sie hier bei dem richtigen Arbeitgeber.

  • Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Das Talent zur Selbstorganisation
  • Empathie und eine wertschätzende Kommunikation
  • gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Mobilität (Führerschein Klasse B und ein eigener PKW)
  • Die Bereitschaft regelmäßig kleine Aufgaben am PC und Handy zu erfüllen z.B. Terminplanung
  • Offenheit für unterschiedliche Aufgaben im Haushalt und Garten
  • Was Sie von uns erwarten dürfen:
  • Sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigung im Minijob oder in Teilzeit (10-30 Std.)
