Rattaché(e) au Responsable de formation, vous serez chargé(e) de :

Coordination et à la mise en place des formations

Gestion des plannings et en assurant le suivi administratif.

Identifier les besoins en développement des compétences.

Assurer le suivi et la mise en place des formations obligatoires et règlementaire.

Assure les entretiens

Profil :

Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d’un BAC+3 dans le domaine des ressources humaines.

Compétences :

Connaissance des règlementations professionnelles

Maitrise des outils informatiques

Capacité d’analyse de données

Conduite d’entretien

Organisation

Qualités personnelles :

Dynamisme, rigueur et organisation.

Esprit d’analyse

Lieu de l'alternance : Strasbourg (67)
