Description des missions

Au sein du club, vous participerez à l’accueil, au conseil et au développement commercial.

Accueil et relation adhérents

Accueillir et accompagner les clients

Répondre aux messages sur les réseaux sociaux

Gérer les mails et les comptes clients

Développement commercial

Vente d’abonnements et de prestations (formation interne assurée)

Participation au développement de la satisfaction et fidélisation des adhérents

Gestion du club

Gestion du planning du club

Organisation de votre temps de travail et priorités

Accompagnement sportif

Réalisation d’analyses corporelles (formation interne)

Conseils sportifs auprès des adhérents

Profil recherché

Excellente présentation et élocution

Sens du service et aisance relationnelle

Esprit commercial

Pratique sportive appréciée

Rythme de l’alternance
