HETIC recherche pour un e entreprise partenaire un(e) Product Owner en alternance pour participer au développement et à l’optimisation de nos produits digitaux. en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, design et business pour garantir une expérience utilisateur optimale.

Les m issions :

Définition de la vision produit et du backlog en lien avec les parties prenantes

Rédaction des user stories et gestion du backlog Agile

Collaboration avec les équipes UX/UI pour garantir une expérience utilisateur fluide et intuitive

Interaction avec les équipes techniques et marketing digital pour assurer le bon développement des fonctionnalités

Analyse des performances et identification des axes d’amélioration

Participation aux tests, recettes et mises en production

Compétences :

Obligatoire :

Solides bases en UX/UI design

Connaissance en développement web ou marketing digital

Capacité à structurer et prioriser les besoins

Un vrai plus :

Expérience en gestion de projet digital / chef de projet

Bonne compréhension des méthodes Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)

Soft Skills

Esprit logique et structuré

Organisation et gestion des priorités

Bonne compréhension de l’environnement produit et business

Capacité à avoir une vision 360° sur un projet
