Alteryx Consultant

Responsibility breakdown

• •Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and challenges around data analytics
• •Translate these requirements into a technical solution making use of Alteryx
• •Analyse and define tasks, data flows and dependencies necessary to scope and deliver complex technical projects
• •Develop and maintain advanced analytics and other BI solutions using the full suite of Alteryx products (Connect, Designer, Server and Promote)
• •Develop and deliver knowledge transfer and training to the client
• •Strengthen our internal consultant network by helping solve challenges that other consultants present to the group
• •Contribute to sales work by spotting opportunities for future work and building, modifying, and presenting demos
• •Work on R&D side projects individually or as part of a team

What we’re looking for in our applicants

• •1 year using Alteryx to deliver enterprise data analytics projects
• •Excellent client interaction, problem solving and communication skills
• •Understanding of data modelling techniques and best practices
• •Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries
• •Knowledge of Agile software development methods
• •Involvement in the Alteryx Community or wider data community
• •Experience working with Tableau, Snowflake, PowerBI or Qlikview / Qliksense nice to have
• •Eligible to work in the UK
