What you get to do:
Welcome new Ambassadors to the team and make sure they’re ready to hit the ground (or water) running on their first day. This involves creating name tags and issuing employee ID badges as well as coordinating their participation in new hire orientation. You will also:
- Communicate and assist with issuance of Ambassador perks
- Complete paperwork for loaning additional uniforms to Ambassadors
- Receive, sort, and stock new items utilizing our inventory management system
- Stock shelves and workstations
- Distribute, exchange and replace Ambassador uniforms
- Maintain spreadsheets to track charges for lost uniforms, nametags and ID cards
What it takes to succeed:
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Must be least 18 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to learn new computer systems
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
- Scheduling flexibility
- State driver’s license preferred
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to push/pull at least 35 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with heights
