• This role focuses on teaching, operating, and continuously improving AI agents that support business operations and customer experiences.
• You will translate business knowledge into reliable contexts, instructions, conversations, and resources that AI agents can effectively use.
• The position combines generative AI, business data, automation, and operational excellence rather than traditional software or AI engineering.
• You will monitor real-world agent interactions, identify weaknesses, and turn failures into improvements and new test cases.
• Working closely with Commercial, Support, Marketing, Education, BI, Technology, and Product teams, you will help shape the AI roadmap.
• The role offers significant autonomy and ownership, with an emphasis on practical experimentation, collaboration, and reusable best practices.
• You will play a key role in making AI solutions more accurate, scalable, and valuable to the business.
