YOUR NEW ROLE

• •Support end-to-end loan servicing activities for Corporate & Institutional Banking customers.
• •Process lending transactions accurately and in line with established controls and procedures.
• •Manage syndicated loans, bank guarantees, and related lending activities.
• •Administer loan extensions, consents, fees, and payment processing.
• •Ensure timely resolution of customer and stakeholder requests within SLA timelines.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• •3-8 years' experience in lending operations, preferably within Corporate and/or Institutional Banking environments.
• •Hands-on experience with LoanIQ and loan servicing processes.
• •Experience processing payments, including SWIFT, RTGS, and EFT transactions.
• •Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
• •Relevant banking, financial services, or equivalent industry experience.
