How you will make an impact:

• •Automate/standardise/deliver commercial dashboards/reporting, analytics and strategic insight needs to deliver business outcomes
• •Create customised reports to provide insights for stakeholders to make business decisions
• •Aggregate data from different sources and ensure data integrity
• •Coordinate the evaluation, scope, execution cadence of change/new reporting/dashboard requests
• •Identify issues and provide recommendations for process improvement in collaboration with stakeholders
• •Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts
• •Support Strategy with Data Stewardship and Governance Initiatives
• •Drive best-practice for adoption, usage, data maintenance & integrity
• •Other incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):

• •Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• •3 + years experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation
• •Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau and SalesForce.com (SFDC)
• •Advanced Excel including complex formula and data manipulation

What else we look for (Preferred):

• •Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• •Experience with consumer AI solutions (Copilot, Claude code etc.)
• •Ability to understand and analyse industry trends
• •Knowledge of database, data warehousing or data sciences
• •Experience in documenting data flows, business processes, power point presentations
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to speak to varying levels across the organization
• •Good computer skills including related tools and systems
• •Solid knowledge and understanding with BI, reporting, data mining, or multi-data center applications
• •Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems
• •Strict attention to detail
