  • This is a senior managed-services and technology leadership role focused on the delivery and ongoing operation of payment platforms in a multi-tenant environment.
  • You will lead technical analysis, solution design, development, and delivery while ensuring customer service levels and operational commitments are consistently met.
  • The role combines people leadership, project delivery, production support, and hands-on technical expertise across payment technology.
  • You will work closely with customers, business analysts, product teams, developers, and external stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.
  • Your scope will cover the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements refinement and estimation through design, development, testing, implementation, and transition into ongoing operations.
  • You will also contribute to product enhancements, annual updates, and payment scheme compliance activities in a regulated and continuously evolving environment.
  • The position offers an opportunity to contribute to financial technology while leading distributed teams and solving complex payment-platform challenges.
