Position Requirements

- Looking for a Float Anesthesiologist to provide anesthesia care to patients at various ASCs throughout Maryland, as determined by NAPA’s regional leadership team. Both independent and care team model.
- Total Rewards
- Salary: $375K
- Sign on Incentive: $50K

- Schedule: Monday- Friday No weekend, no call Flexible scheduling

- Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
