Job Summary

Are you looking to build your career in Finance while gaining hands-on experience in Accounts Payable within a global business services organization?

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Support the processing of vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
  • Assist in reviewing invoices for compliance with company policies and payment requirements.
  • Support accounts payable reconciliation activities and help resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to address invoice and payment-related inquiries.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate supplier master data and records within company systems.
  • Support payment preparation activities and accounts payable reporting processes.
  • Monitor pending transactions and contribute to meeting established service level agreements.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies and standard operating procedures.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in Accounts Payable, Finance or Shared Services .
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency .
  • Availability to complete an internship during morning working hours.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Previous internship, academic project or work experience related to Accounts Payable, Accounting or Finance .
  • Experience with SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Knowledge of invoice processing, supplier management or financial controls.
