What You’ll Do
The Service (Maintenance) Manager is responsible for performing and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the assigned property to ensure that the overall physical aspects of the property meet the Company’s established standards and any applicable laws.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Schedule, monitor, and/or perform preventative maintenance at assigned property
- Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property
- Direct and supervise daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, delegating work, monitoring progress and workflow, reviewing work for timeliness and accuracy, and appraising work performance
- Train and coach all maintenance team members
Requirements
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the property/building maintenance required
- Experience with budgeting, part orders, and vendor management required
- EPA Certification strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of general property repairs, which may include, as applicable, the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliances
- Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions

The expected compensation range for this position is $30.00- $33.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
