We're Hiring – API Support Specialist

• Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and helping customers succeed?
• Sabre is looking for an API Support Specialist I who is eager to build technical expertise, work with global customers, and grow within a collaborative and supportive environment.
• This is more than just a support role. You'll be at the forefront of helping developers, travel agencies, and enterprise customers integrate and consume Sabre APIs that power the global travel ecosystem.

• What you'll be doing
• •Troubleshooting REST and SOAP API issues
• •Working with XML, schemas, and web services
• •Investigating customer-reported issues and driving resolutions
• •Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the globe
• •Supporting developers who build innovative travel applications

• Who we're looking for
• ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication
• ✔ Curiosity and willingness to learn
• ✔ Ability to thrive in a customer-focused environment
• ✔ Knowledge of XML, SOAP, REST, HTML, or web technologies is a plus
• ✔ Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Programming, or related fields
• ✔ Knowledge on Sabre GDS, SabreRed360 would be a plus
