  • The Application Specialist supports adult learners as they navigate the path from initial discovery through admission and the start of their academic journey.
  • You’ll advise prospective students on admissions requirements, degree completion pathways, and next steps across partner universities.
  • The role combines student advising, relationship building, application management, and data-informed follow-up.
  • You’ll develop individualized roadmaps based on each learner’s goals, background, and readiness for online study.
  • Success requires strong organization, empathy, communication, and the ability to manage multiple student journeys simultaneously.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with university and external partners to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.
  • This is a fully remote opportunity with a direct impact on expanding access to flexible, workforce-aligned higher education.
