按照生产工艺流程完成日常装配线操作以及产品非常规装配作业。

职责

遵守工厂安全规定。

遵守质量要求，保质保量的完成规定操作以满足生产线和生产区域的质量绩效。

满足生产节拍要求。必要时，接替其他团队成员的工作，帮助团队维持生产线正常运转。及时地向班组长发出Andon 请求。按要求完成点检工作，执行日常设备维护，维持本区域的5S标准。

参加流程改进对话，提出持续改进意见，提供反馈，参与实施构想。

主管和组长临时安排的工作。

学历要求

机械相关专业职校及以上学历。

技能要求：

标准化作业执行能力：依据工艺给出的WI，按照其质量，安全的相关要求，完成发动机或者机组的装配能力。

能力水平：

熟练操作ME系统调取工单和调用WI。

依据WI要求，保证质量和安全的前提下，按照标准工时要求，熟练的完成WI指定的操作要求。

undefined问题分析和解决能力：依据问题的现象，按照BIQ要求准确地将问题描述清楚。 沟通能力和团队合作能力：和本部门团队成员保持良好的沟通。
