Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• •Produce and assemble surgical instruments following work instructions
• •Set up, and monitor production equipment
• •Resolve minor malfunctions, and operate the production equipment
• •Identify and communicate about production bottlenecks and identify product deviations
• •Using your production knowledge and experience, you'll provide input to engineers for process development, improvement, and assurance.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• •Relevant education (preferably MBO level 2-3) in the field of (precision) instrument maker or similar
• •Experience in a production environment and affinity for precision mechanics
• •Proficiency in Dutch (English preferred).

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
