What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in leading daily cement plant operation to ensure safe, efficient, and realize clinker and cement production.
  • Coordinate production activities across the kiln, raw mill, finish mill, and related process areas to achieve throughput, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, inspections, and compliance initiatives.
  • Partner with maintenance and operations teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Analyze production metrics and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance plant performance.

What Are We Looking For

  • Experience in a cement manufacturing environment is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of cement production processes and plant operations,
  • Demonstrated capability to lead teams, drive accountability, and develop employee performance.
  • Strong understanding of heavy industrial manufacturing operations, including process-driven production environments.
  • Working knowledge of key cement plant systems such as kilns, mills, crushers, material handling equipment, and dust collection systems.
  • Ability to interpret operational and production data and make informed decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, quality, and environmental functions.

Work Environment

This position is based within a large cement manufacturing facility and involves working in both office and plant environments. The role requires regular interaction with production equipment, maintenance activities, and operating personnel. Candidates should be comfortable working in an industrial setting and following all safety policies and procedures.
