Join a team where the learners come first! At Lighthouse Autism Center, clinical quality is held to the highest standard and we’re looking for BCBAs who share that mission. As a BCBA at LAC, you’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication , independence , and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuro-affirming , assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed , ethical care to support the people we serve. In addition to the life-changing work, BCBAs on our team enjoy the following:

Requirements
- Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- 3 years of Clinical Experience
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
