Role Overview

The Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager, ERP (1 Year Contract) is responsible for maintaining the finance master data of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This person will handle finance system related queries and issues, drive process and system enhancement and involve in Group ERP Implementation Project.

Role Responsibilities

• •Participate in the ongoing SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, including requirements clarification, solution design reviews, user acceptance testing, validation, training, cutover and deployment activities.
• •Support the implementation and ongoing administration of OneStream for financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting and planning activities.
• •Provide post go-live support, including root-cause analysis, workaround assessment, defect follow-up and coordination with the relevant support teams.
• •Collaborate with Finance stakeholders, business users, IT teams and implementation partners to translate business requirements into practical system solutions and process improvements.
• •Manage Finance master data creation, maintenance and governance in accordance with established policies, controls and approval procedures.
• •Administer system access and security requests in compliance with access control and segregation of duties requirements.

Requirements

• •Degree in Accountancy, Finance or an equivalent professional qualification.
• •At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP support, ERP implementation, or finance transformation projects.
• •Hands-on experience in ERP implementation projects, with strong knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• •Good understanding of finance processes, including financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, planning, master data management and internal controls.
• •Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, IT and business functions.
• •Comfortable working in a multicultural environment across multiple businesses and time zones.
• •Experience with OneStream or other Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions would be an added advantage.
• •Prior experience in finance transformation, process improvement or change management initiatives would be advantageous.
