Your Role

As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. You’ll support the General Manager in driving results, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. What You’ll Do

• •Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk departments
• •Ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining Resolute Road Hospitality’s unique culture
• •Lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability
• •Build a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
• •Partner with the General Manager to set and communicate clear goals and expectations
• •Lead by example to create a workplace where team members feel appreciated and inspired
• •Monitor and optimize property performance metrics, including labor and expense controls
• •Support strategic business plans to drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• •Engage with clients and community partners to support sales and marketing efforts

• •Conduct regular department meetings to align teams and celebrate successes

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• •Deep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality trends
• •Proficiency in labor analysis, financial management, and revenue strategies
• •Strong knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics
• •Advanced communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
• •Experience with brand systems preferred
• •Ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable
• •Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability

Education & Experience

• •Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• •Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality
• •Previous hotel brand experience is a plus
