Category Strategy & Sourcing

• •Develop and implement category management strategies aligned with business and manufacturing requirements.
• •Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier capabilities to identify sourcing opportunities.
• •Lead strategic sourcing activities including RFQ, RFP, tendering, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• •Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and total cost of ownership (TCO) initiatives.

2. Supplier Management

• •Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing.
• •Conduct regular supplier performance reviews covering quality, cost, delivery, service, and compliance.
• •Build strategic relationships with key suppliers and monitor supplier risk.
• •Support supplier development and continuous improvement programs.

3. Procurement & Contract Management

• •Negotiate commercial terms, pricing agreements, and long-term contracts.
• •Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• •Monitor contract performance and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• •Resolve supplier-related issues and commercial disputes.

4. Inventory & Supply Continuity

• •Collaborate with production planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
• •Review inventory levels and support inventory optimization initiatives.
• •Develop contingency plans for critical materials and components.
• •Mitigate supply chain risks arising from supplier, market, or geopolitical disruptions.
