The Host Manager is responsible for assisting in managing front-of-house staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of service, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

• •Assist in supervising, coaching, and motivating front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure high performance and morale.
• •Schedule, coordinate, and assign activities to front-of-house staff.
• •Administer fair, prompt, and consistent corrective actions for policy violations.
• •Develop and mentor team members across all areas.
• •Supervise and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
• •Ensure adherence to training programs and company guidelines.
• •Complete performance reviews in a timely manner.
• •Display passion for exceptional guest service and team engagement.
• •Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
• •Monitor adherence to health, safety, fire, and labor regulations.
• •Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health guidelines.
• •Oversee payroll accuracy and monitor profit & loss statements.
• •Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures effectively.
• •Achieve company objectives in service, quality, and sales.
• •Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• •Minimum 2-5 years of high volume full service restaurant management experience.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Ability to lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment.
• •Solid understanding of restaurant operations and guest service best practices.
• •Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
