Job Description:
To ensure all relevant technical and stakeholder’s requirements are all met.
Liaise with all relevant government (i.e, JKR, JPS, TNB, IWK, SAINS, Ranhill-SAJ, Local PBTs) and state agencies in facilitating operational and commencement of project for Guthrie’s strategic development land.
Provide informed recommendations to management on planning and development requirements for strategic land development land potential lands.
Coordinate with all relevant internal stakeholders (i.e, GS, CF, UPMY Estate team, RE, GMD’s Office, Land Management) in providing informed recommendations to management.
Liaise with all relevant Development Joint Venture (“JV”) partners (i.e, EcoWorld, NSCorp, PDT) in ensuring all development requirements are met.
Ensuring identified key financial requirements set by the management are met.
Ensuring all safety and health requirements are met.
Assist in the coordination of corporate writing to management.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Registered Graduate Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia (“BEM”).
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the industrial property Development or full life-cycle development works ranging from project planning to handing-over.
Command good knowledge in project management, construction management, township development planning and safety health requirements.
Experience working with large corporations or public listed companies is a plus.
Able to work closely with government departments such as Municipal Council, Technical Agencies, and State Agencies.
Good organisational skills, structured, and able to work systematically to prioritise workload.
A strong team player with a mature pleasant personality.
