About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Assistant Manager – E-Commerce to manage and optimize e-commerce advertising operations across Quick Commerce and other e-commerce platforms. This role will involve driving campaign strategy, performance optimization, client management, and cross-functional coordination to achieve business growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage the day-to-day operations of Quick Commerce and other e-commerce advertising accounts.
• •Plan, launch, scale, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve client KPIs, sales, and business objectives.
• •Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce and performance marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• •Analyze campaign and account performance across platforms and prepare regular performance reviews, reports, and actionable insights for clients.
• •Monitor key business and campaign metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and recommend data-backed improvements.
• •Take ownership of account performance and proactively identify areas for growth, optimization, and efficiency.
• •Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align on strategy, execution plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• •Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, performance discussions, strategic recommendations, and business reviews.
• •Work closely with leadership to refine account strategies based on business objectives, market trends, and platform updates.
• •Support and guide team members in campaign execution, analysis, and day-to-day account management.
• •Ensure accurate and timely reporting, with strong attention to detail and analytical accuracy.
• •Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders through clear, concise reporting and actionable recommendations.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• •Strong understanding of Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, and digital advertising platforms .
• •3–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, Quick Commerce, retail, digital marketing, performance marketing, or media.
• •Proven experience in managing and growing client accounts through data-driven strategies and performance insights.
• •Strong understanding of campaign planning, optimization, performance tracking, and ROI-focused advertising.
• •Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct deep dives, identify trends, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• •Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• •Strong ownership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• •Experience in mentoring or guiding team members will be an added advantage.
