Responsibilities

• •Acquire new-to-bank customers and actively manage a portfolio of retail clients to grow the CASA (Current Account Savings Account) deposit base.
• •Identify and analyze clients' financial needs to recommend suitable consumer banking products and services.
• •Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and enhance client satisfaction.
• •Collaborate with branch partners and product specialists to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
• •Adhere to all regulatory standards, compliance guidelines, and internal bank policies during all customer interactions.
• •Participate in sales campaigns and marketing activities to drive portfolio growth.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.
• •Prior experience in retail banking, customer relationship management, or financial sales.
• •Strong understanding of consumer banking products, particularly deposit and wealth management solutions.
• •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• •Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet performance targets in a dynamic environment.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
