We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Assistant (Temporary) to support our Supply Chain and Operations teams in monitoring critical parts, preparing daily/weekly reports, and coordinating with Operation Buyers and Operations teams to ensure timely resolution of material-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Prepare and maintain daily/weekly supply chain reports.
• •Monitor outstanding and critical parts status.
• •Follow up with Operation Buyers on overdue and critical materials.
• •Coordinate with Operations/Production teams on material availability.
• •Track and update outstanding issues and follow-up actions.
• •Highlight potential material shortages and delivery delays.
• •Support other Supply Chain and Operations activities as required.

Requirements:

• •Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• •0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• •Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• •Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• •Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• •Experience in a manufacturing environment or knowledge of ERP/SAP is an advantage.
