  • Du bist die rechte Hand des Director Operations und steuerst Prioritäten, Termine und Themen proaktiv.
  • Du bereitest Meetings so vor, dass Entscheidungen möglich werden: Agenda, Unterlagen, Briefings, Teilnehmersteuerung und konsequentes Follow-up.
  • Du erstellst Entscheidungsvorlagen und Management-Updates (Optionen, Empfehlung, Risiken, Aufwand, nächster Schritt) und bringst Inhalte auf den Punkt.
  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Operations-Projekte (Planung, Meilensteine, Stakeholder, Risiken, Umsetzung) und sorgst dafür, dass Ergebnisse geliefert werden.
  • Du setzt eine klare Projekt- und Kommunikationsstruktur auf (Statuslogik, Maßnahmenlisten, Eskalationspfade) und hältst alle Beteiligten verbindlich.
  • Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Operationsleitung, Standorten und Zentralfunktionen und sorgst für reibungslose Abstimmung.
