This role offers exposure to a range of transformation work, including governance, reporting, and engagement.

[What you will be working on]

Your key responsibilities will include:

Collecting and consolidating information on ongoing transformation initiatives to support organisation-level reporting and alignment with Whole-of-Government priorities.

Preparing materials for management updates, including organising and presenting data and analysis for reporting and discussion.

Building relationships and coordinating with stakeholders (e.g. product teams, policy owners and implementation departments) to understand needs and gather ground feedback.

Supporting governance and policy alignment work, including analysing implications, consolidating inputs, and supporting development of recommendations.

Supporting change management (e.g. organising and executing activities on the ground, tracking adoption rates, and gathering user feedback).

Supporting staff communications, engagement and training (e.g. developing EDMs, presentations, training resources).

[What we are looking for]

Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organise and synthesis information from multiple sources, and present it in a clear and structured manner.

High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with others and coordinate stakeholder inputs in a structured manner, with strong follow-through.

Proactive, with willingness to learn and seek guidance when needed.

Ready to be hands-on in implementation support and problem solving.

Comfortable working with uncertainty and finding ways forward.

Organised and methodical in managing multiple concurrent tasks.
