Provide end-to-end logistical support for calls, meetings, events, travel, branded-material orders, and presentation development. Materials intended for external audiences must receive appropriate manager or director approval.
Conduct community, stakeholder, and project-area research at the request of the Community Relations Manager or Director, including early-stage community assessments and issue identification.
Community Engagement and Events
Partner with project teams to plan, coordinate, and support open houses, dinners, volunteer activities, career days, educational events, food drives, food-bank partnerships, tabling opportunities, and other community programs.
Lead the planning and execution of selected tabling or booth events, coordinating participation with teams and departments within Arevon, local representatives, external firms, and other project partners.
Gather accurate event information, outcomes, photographs, and approved highlights for submission to the Communications team for potential social media or external communications.
Develop project presentations and confidently present approved content to schools, Rotary clubs, chambers, civic organizations, and other local audiences.
Support late-stage project and community handoff activities, including ribbon-cutting logistics, remaining partner payments, final volunteer events, worker-appreciation activities, scholarship presentations, chamber events, and transition meetings with Asset Management.
Required Qualifications
Minium of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1-2 years of coordinating public relations, community engagement, public affairs, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, and follow established approval processes.
