Part-Time Associate Dentist - Oaklands Dental | Victoria, BC
Join a Welcoming, Patient-Centred Team in Victoria
We’re looking for a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our established team at Oaklands Dental in Victoria. We currently have two days available each week, with the potential to grow to a third day as your patient base develops.
At Oaklands Dental, we welcome patients of all ages and provide comprehensive general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry. We take the time to listen to our patients, explain their options clearly and create treatment plans that are tailored to their individual needs. Patient comfort and building long-term relationships are important to us, and we take a calm, reassuring approach, particularly with patients who may feel anxious about dental care.
Schedule
- 2 days per week to start, building to 3 days as the opportunity grows
- Days to be mutually determined based on candidate availability and practice needs
Clinical Environment
You’ll have the opportunity to provide a broad range of general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, with services including crowns, extractions, implants, Invisalign, veneers, teeth whitening and comprehensive general care.
We also use digital technology to support patient care, including digital X-rays, 3D imaging and an iTero scanner for Invisalign treatment planning.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team that includes general dentists, registered dental hygienists and patient care coordinators. We value collaboration, open communication and supporting one another to provide a great experience for our patients.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a collaborative general dentist who enjoys building relationships with patients and providing comprehensive, individualized care.
You take the time to understand your patients’ concerns, communicate treatment options clearly and help patients feel comfortable and confident in their care. If you’re looking for a consistent two-day schedule with the opportunity to grow to three days over time, we’d love to hear from you.
Location
We’re located at 202-1581 Hillside Ave in Victoria, directly across from Hillside Mall. There’s convenient access to public transit and free on-site parking.

About You:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
