Serves as a technical leader by making sound design decisions, mentoring developers, resolving difficult technical problems, and improving engineering quality and delivery practices.

How Success Is Measured

Success is measured by reliable completion of assigned work, quality of code and testing, responsiveness to review feedback, accurate documentation and time tracking, and demonstrated growth in technical capability and independence.

Responsibilities

Complete small, well-defined enhancements, bug fixes, and technical tasks with regular guidance.

Follow established coding, security, testing, documentation, and source-control standards.

Participate in sprint planning, daily coordination, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

Foundational software-development knowledge gained through a degree, certificate program, internship, professional experience, or equivalent project work.

Basic proficiency in at least one relevant language or framework. Experience with AL, React Native, or TypeScript is helpful, but expertise across all three is not required.

Working knowledge of programming fundamentals, debugging, testing, source control, and API concepts.

Ability to follow defined requirements, ask effective questions, accept feedback, document work, and collaborate with team members.
