Associate Director, Implementations

• The Associate Director, Implementations leads a professional services team responsible for delivering software implementations and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• This role combines people leadership, implementation delivery, workload management, client communication, and operational oversight.
• You will assign new implementation projects, monitor team performance, review work quality and billable activity, and provide guidance on complex issues and escalations.
• The position also plays an important role in establishing implementation standards, developing training resources, and documenting repeatable operating procedures.
• You will collaborate with department leaders and senior stakeholders to communicate project status, resolve cross-functional issues, and maintain visibility into team workloads.
• Success requires a customer-focused leader who can balance competing priorities while developing a high-performing implementation organization.
• This is a U.S.-based remote position with approximately 25% travel.
