  • This is a senior safety leadership opportunity supporting a growing, geographically dispersed organization across the United States.
  • You’ll lead and develop a team of Regional Safety Managers while strengthening consistency, accountability, and execution across field safety programs.
  • The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on field engagement and direct oversight of safety operations.
  • You’ll partner closely with operational leaders and senior leadership to integrate safety into project planning, field activities, and business decisions.
  • The position is particularly suited to professionals with experience in utilities, infrastructure, electric transmission and distribution, power generation, or utility construction.
  • You’ll have significant influence over safety strategy, performance, training, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • This is a remote U.S.-based position with approximately 50–75% travel, including frequent overnight travel.
