Partner with Product teams on data protection, AI, product counseling and regulatory issues, including the review of new tools, data uses and customer-facing functionality.
Support corporate, employment and general legal matters as needed, including policy development, dispute management, compliance initiatives and coordination with outside counsel.
Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and translate them into practical guidance for the business.

Approximately 6+ years of relevant legal experience, including substantial commercial contracting experience; a combination of law firm and in-house experience is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to independently draft and negotiate sophisticated B2B commercial agreements.
Strong working knowledge of SaaS, technology, privacy and data protection issues. Experience with marketplaces, payments, gift cards, rewards, loyalty programs, channel partnerships or retail relationships is particularly valuable.
Excellent judgment and the ability to identify the issues that matter, propose workable solutions and escalate appropriately.
Ability to manage a high volume of matters, prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
Clear, concise and adaptable written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain legal issues to non-lawyers.
