Job Description

Role location: Onsite. 2900 Lone Oak Parkway, Suite 125 Eagan, MN 55121

About the role

The Consumer Relations Associate is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely handling of consumer inquiries, disputes, correspondence, and related processing activities. In this role, you will research and resolve consumer issues, process documentation, maintain case records, and ensure requests are completed within established timelines and quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a detail-oriented environment, can manage multiple priorities, and are committed to delivering exceptional service while handling sensitive information with care.

Your key responsibilities

  • You will receive, review, process, and track consumer correspondence, documentation, and dispute-related requests in accordance with established procedures.
  • You will research consumer inquiries and concerns to identify root causes and determine appropriate resolution paths.
  • You will accurately document case activity, processing outcomes, and consumer information within company systems and tracking tools.
  • You will prioritize time-sensitive and high-impact work while ensuring requests are completed within required service levels and compliance standards.
  • You will communicate updates and escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams for guidance and resolution.

What you bring

Required qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in consumer relations, customer service, financial services, operations processing, dispute resolution, document processing, or a related environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while managing high-volume workloads.
  • Ability to research issues, identify discrepancies, and apply appropriate resolution steps.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and tracking tools.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working in a regulated environment with established service-level expectations.
  • Experience handling consumer disputes, identity-related concerns, or correspondence processing.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing workloads while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
