We are looking for a highly analytical, curious, and execution-oriented brand strategist to help monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of the core business across the Arby’s brand experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in test-and-learn environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

The Associate Manager will support the health of the business by turning performance, competitive, and consumer data into clear insights and next steps. This role partners closely with Brand Experience leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to keep in-market performance visible, flag risks and opportunities early, and ensure recommendations move forward with clarity, momentum, and confidence

  • Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or related field

Professional Experience : 3–5 years in strategy, analytics, brand marketing, consulting, or test-and-learn environments

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supports core and in-market performance management, tracking KPIs, competitive activity, and campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions

Maintains performance views to set expectations of forecast vs. actual and develop recommended action plans based on results

Prepares and delivers weekly calendar and marketing performance updates

Leads analysis for quarterly situation assessments and post-mortems

Supports in-market calendar optimization in collaboration with leadership

Develops ad hoc insight briefs

Manages franchisee meeting agenda, deliverables, and follow-ups

Acts as central connector across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and follow-through on recommended actions

Support Stage Gate process to deliver the national calendar – bringing rigor and consistency to measurement and decision-making frameworks

Core Capabilities:

Strong analytical mindset and experience working with large, complex datasets and translating insights into action

Ability to balance customer experience, operational feasibility, and financial impact in decision-making

Structured problem solver with high attention to detail and follow-through

Effective project manager, with strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams, calendars, deadlines, stakeholders and timelines simultaneously

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving progress in test-and-learn environments

Results-oriented with a bias for action, strong follow-through, and the ability to connect day-to-day work to measurable brand, guest, and business impact.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort preparing polished meeting materials and executive-ready summaries.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with internal teams, external partners, and leadership stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH)

Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to create clear, executive-ready materials

Experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to self-serve and analyze data
