Associate Manager Treasury

Job Description:

• Essential Job Functions:
• •Support the execution of the treasury strategy, focusing on cash management, liquidity planning, and risk management.
• •Assist in managing banking relationships and evaluate banking services for cost-effectiveness.
• •Collaborate with the treasury team on various tasks and projects.
• •Develop foundational skills in analyzing financial instruments to mitigate risks.
• •Stay informed about financial markets and economic trends, providing insights to the team.
• •Assist in the coordination of funding for projects and operational needs.
• •Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• •Assist in preparing and delivering reports on treasury activities.

• Basic Qualifications:
• •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• •Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in finance, with exposure to treasury functions
• •Proficiencies in cash flow analysis, financial reporting, and treasury support
• •A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

• Other Qualifications:
• •An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• •Relevant certifications, such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), are a plus
