As within our Global Respiratory Franchise, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping post-marketing medical evidence generation for dupilumab across asthma and COPD indications. Main responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan and Global Medical Strategy for dupilumab in asthma and COPD.

Design clinical study synopses for Phase IV studies, including both interventional, observational, and real-world evidence (RWE) studies.

Partner with regional and local affiliates to support their evidence generation plans and studies, ensuring alignment with the Global Medical Plan.

Evaluate and support external sponsored research initiatives, maintaining scientific rigor and strategic relevance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with respiratory experts, academics, patient associations, and key opinion leaders to inform clinical development strategy.
  • Support advisory boards and roundtables to gather strategic insights that shape medical, scientific, and development priorities.
  • Ensure a patient-centric approach in the design and execution of all clinical studies, collaborating closely with the alliance to deliver on shared objectives.

About you:

Basic Requirements

  • Graduate degree in a relevant scientific or medical discipline (MD, PhD, PharmD, or Master's in a relevant scientific field)
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry in R&D, Medical Affairs, or a related field
  • Experience operating within complex matrixed organizational environments
  • Strong scientific communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in clinical trial methodology, design, and execution including Phase IV, observational, or real-world evidence studies
  • Experience in a global or regional medical or clinical development role
  • Experience in biologics within respiratory, immunology, or immune inflammation therapeutic areas
  • Experience with dupilumab, asthma, or COPD
  • Experience in alliance or partnership settings

The salary range for this position is:

  • $148.500,00 - $214.500,00
  • All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs, and additional benefits information can be found here.
