Problem Solving: Work with senior product leaders to break down customer adoption barriers into manageable product tasks and functional solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for Engineering and Design on your assigned features. Collaborate directly with Customer Success and Sales to ensure a smooth transition for new customers and that new releases are easily understood.
Data-Informed Contributions: Use data and user feedback to track the success of launched features and suggest iterative improvements based on actual usage patterns.
Product Rituals: Participate in and help facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
