The Associate Program Manager, Sales Acceleration plays a key role in driving store performance and Dealer engagement across the business. Acting as a bridge between Merchandising, Operations, and the Dealer network, you'll help bring strategic sales initiatives to life by leading programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution at the store level.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of program management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and business analysis, with the opportunity to make a measurable impact on commercial performance.

What You'll Do:

Lead Sales Acceleration Programs

  • Support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of sales-driving initiatives across the Dealer network.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and key deliverables to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Track program performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations based on insights and feedback.
  • Initiatives include SmartStockup, Frontier Product Feedback, Dealer Teams engagement, SKU opportunity programs, and Convention, Dealer's Den, PrePack Management, and Convention/Showcase activations achieve measurable business outcomes.

Drive Dealer Engagement & Enablement

  • Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies that help Dealers understand and activate key business priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotional initiatives, and store-focused programs.
  • Facilitate feedback channels and working groups that strengthen collaboration between Dealers and internal teams.

Build Strong Partnerships

  • Collaborate with leaders across Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing, and Communications to deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted partner by helping align priorities, solve problems, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.

Support Business Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor program effectiveness through performance metrics and engagement data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify execution, and enhance the Dealer experience.
  • Leverage new technologies and AI-powered tools to drive efficiency and innovation.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in program management, communications, retail operations, merchandising, sales enablement, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business results.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in retail, store-centric programs, or a Dealer-based environment is considered an asset.
  • Comfort using AI-powered tools to support communication, analysis, and day-to-day productivity.

Our typical hiring range is between $53,000.00 and $83,000.00 CAD Annual. The target salary range is between $70,000.00 and $75,000.00 CAD Annual. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
