Job Description: As a Graduate Software Engineer at QualMinds, you will be an essential part of our

software development team. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate

with experienced professionals, and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of software

development. This role offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their careers

Responsibilities:

Software Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test,

and maintain software solutions that meet business requirements.

Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as

[C#.Net, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server]

Problem Solving : Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions

while adhering to best practices.

Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in quality assurance

activities to ensure the reliability and robustness of software applications.

Documentation : Document code, processes, and procedures to maintain a comprehensive

knowledge base for future reference.

Collaboration: Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders

to understand project requirements and contribute to software design.

Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices

to continuously improve your skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or a related

field with 75% of aggregate throughout the academics, who passed out in 2024/25.

2. Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.

3. Technical exposure on C# .Net, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript & SQL Server.

4. Good understanding of Linux, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker)

5. Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking skills and strong communication skills.

6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.

7. Passion for software development and a desire to build innovative solutions.
