What You'll Bring

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance, or a related discipline .

• •Ability to develop and maintain working relationships, prepare correspondence, and communicate with tax authorities as required -
• addressing tax inquiries and audits effectively.

Strong understanding of tax compliance, with proven ability to conduct tax research and analyz e a wide range of tax issues to support client engagements.

Ongoing commitment to growing knowledge to build a long-term career in tax.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively translate complex tax concepts into clear, practical guidance to clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

• •Strong technology proficiency , including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• required . Experience with CCH Axcess Tax, TaxPrep , or similar tax software is considered an asset.

• •A proactive, adaptable, and client-focused mindset, capable of managing competing priorities and deliver
• exceptional results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement practical solutions efficiently.
