About the Role

Responsible for assessing individual life insurance applications based on guidelines set for the issuance of AIA insurance policies

  • 1. 執行新契約核保相關作業，透過明確的核保規則進行，以順利完成保單審核。
  • 2. 執行新契約照會作業，善用良好的溝通技巧，以順利完成照會流程。
  • 3. 提供業務同仁諮詢（含核保）服務，透過了解對方的問題，給予正確的回覆，以維持顧客滿意。
