Job Description
本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role)
覆核開發資本、子公司及基金會計事務及稅務作業(主要包括: 帳務作業、費用審核、財簽作業、預算編製及控管、稅務申報、盈餘預估、公告申報、盈餘分派、會計師委任、各項管理性報表及外籌基金對外報表等事宜)，以確保財會資料之正確性。
本職位最主要的 3 – 5 項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities)
1.覆核帳務編製作業，檢視各項內容之正確性，業已依「商業會計法」、「證券發行人財務報告編製準則」之規定編製。
2.覆核各項費用審核，檢視業經適當簽核及檢附完整及正確文件或單據，以符合各項報支規定。
3.覆核基金定期評價作業，檢視各項評價參數及財務數據資料之正確性，以達成資產評價允當性。
4.覆核各項稅務作業，依稅法規定，如期且正確地完成扣繳及申報作業，以確保各項程序合規。
5.覆核基金對外報表之編製，依據各合夥人或投資人需求，定期提供管理性報表，以提高客戶滿意度。
基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements)
學歷 (education) : 大學(含)以上之會計相關科系
工作經驗 (work experience) : 金融業 3 年 ( 含 ) 以上工作經驗 ( 創投業尤佳 ) 或四大會計師事務所 2 年 ( 含 ) 以上審計工作經驗
