Job Description
- 帶領私人理財業務同仁開發銀行高資產客群並提供銀行高資產客戶全方位的理財服務，具備私人理財業務及財富管理的主管經驗，協助私銀團隊發展，帶領團隊提供銀行高資產客戶完整的財務規劃及客戶服務，達成團隊業務目標。
- 1、落實業務執行計畫及目標，具帶隊拓展與開發業務的能力，帶領團隊執行高資產客戶之潛在客源開拓並尋找業務機會。
- 2、招募、管理私人理財團隊，並帶團隊達成績效目標。
- 3、建立私銀商業模式，根據高資客戶需求提供差異化的銀行和財富管理服務體驗，提升客戶與銀行的往來黏著度。
- 4、配合公司方向及政策執行，跨部門協調溝通，協助私銀業務之推動。
- 5、遵守並執行相關法令規範，並監管業務人員相關交易正確及合規性
