協助處理基金設立、投資交易及投後管理相關法律文件
本職位最主要的3 – 5項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities)
協助處理基金設立、投資交易及投後管理相關法律議題，並審閱、起草及管理各類法律文件，包括但不限於保密協議、投資文件、基金文件及其他交易文件。
基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements)
1. 學歷: 大學以上 法律相關科系
2. 相關證照：律師資格/律師高考及格
3. 語文能力：基本英文聽說讀寫
4. 其他特質：具溝通協調能力
