【實習內容】

1.處理後台表單。輕鬆了解客戶、服務概念及學習金融專業知識

2.學長姐帶領初階電話服務，練習應對技巧、進一步了解客戶需求

3.協助客服部內作業處理(如：資安查核等業務)建立資安概念

【實習時間】

1.週一~週五上班8:50-17:30，時段內可依學業、活動安排，彈性調配(每月至少排班96hr(含)以上，每次至少6(含)小時以上)

2.為累積學習經驗，也能自願增加夜班及假日排班，夜班另有優渥夜班津貼及交通津貼
