  • Опыт работы в категориях непроизводственных закупок (Маркетинговые услуги и материалы, PR услуги)
  • Понимание процессов стратегических закупок и управления поставщиками;
  • Опыт создания и внедрения закупочных стратегий по категориям;
  • Развитые навыки коммуникации;
  • Умение управлять проектами;
  • Грамотная письменная и устная речь;
  • Знание процесса договорной работы;
  • Знание английского на уровне Upper-Intermediate;
  • Знание казахского языка приветствуется;
  • Опыт работы в SAP.

Обязанности:

  • Управление закупочными категориями в рамках действующей процедуры;
  • Создание и реализация закупочной стратегии в заданной категории;
  • Достижение поставленных целей по экономии, условиям оплаты, оптимизации базы поставщиков;
  • Управление поставщиками.
