【部署・サービスについて】
自動車事故に遭われた契約者、相手方に対して保険金や賠償金をお支払いする損害サービス部門は、真心をこめた迅速で適正な保険金支払を行うことがミッションです。
損害サービス本部には、損害サービス第一部、第二部、損害サービス業務部の3つの部があります。
【業務内容】
●損害鑑定：写真や画像を確認し、事故原因や事故車両の損傷状況を正確に把握する。
●修理費協定：修理工場から提出された見積書の内容を精査し、修理工場と協議の上、修理費を確定する。
●事故解決に向けたサポート：事故と損傷の因果関係や責任割合等の調査・判断を行う。
【必須要件】
・基本的なPCスキル（Word、Excel）
・「自動車整備士資格」もしくは「自動車車体整備士資格」をお持ちの方
【歓迎要件】
・技術アジャスター資格初級～2級程度をお持ちの方
・保険会社などで自動車保険事故の技術アジャスター経験がある方
